All information submitted with your order is strictly confidential. Kysand Labs does not share or distribute your name, email, or any personal information to third parties. All sales transactions are securely encrypted for your protection.
Payment Options:
We gladly accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, checks, money orders, and PayPal.
Credit Card Transactions:
The billing address for your credit card must match the shipping address for verification.
Shipping:
We offer flat-rate or calculated USPS shipping for all domestic orders. Please allow 2–5 business days for order processing and shipping.
Notification of Revised Shipping Charges:
If shipping costs need to be adjusted due to location or special delivery requirements, you will be notified by email within 24 hours. Orders will be processed upon your confirmation of the updated charges.
Shipping Status:
Tracking numbers will be provided via email at the time of shipment through USPS.
Terms & Conditions of Sale:
- Kysand is available in 1 oz, 2 oz, and 8 oz bottles only.
- All sales are final. Due to the nature of the product, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
- Products that arrive damaged or are incorrect may be eligible for replacement. Please contact us immediately upon receipt.
- Each bottle is backed by a 90-day limited warranty for packaging defects or damage during shipment.
RETURN POLICY
Limited Warranty:
Each Kysand bottle is protected by a 90-day limited warranty for packaging defects or shipping-related damage. We will gladly replace any item that meets these conditions.
Return Authorization:
To request a replacement, please contact us by email or phone for a Return Authorization Number (RMA). Requests must be submitted within 10 days of delivery.
Restocking Charge:
No restocking fees apply. However, replacements will only be issued for products confirmed to be defective or damaged in transit.
Refunds:
Cancelled orders will be refunded within 24 hours. Replacement orders will be processed within 2–3 business days once approved. Confirmation will be sent via email.
Non-returnable Items:
Due to product integrity and hygiene, Kysand bottles are non-returnable once opened or used.
Incorrect Orders:
If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us immediately for prompt resolution.
